In January of 2012, Joseph received his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He graduated in the top 10 percent of his class earning the honor of graduating Cum Laude, received several other honors and was the only member of his graduating class to receive two certificates, one in Trial Advocacy and the other in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Growing up, Molly spent every Summer in Lake Lure. She along with her Husband, Michael, relocated full time to Lake Lure in 2012. Molly brings a strong background in administration, customer service and hospitality to Hurwitz Law, PLLC. When Molly is not at work assisting with scheduling, setting up files or drafting/notarizing various legal documents, you can find her spending time with her husband and fur baby, Tucker. She also enjoys cooking and playing mixologist for family and friends, trying new restaurants, hiking, boating or slalom water skiing and of course, craft beer and live music.

Maggie retired her career, left her hometown, and moved to the mountains. She has found a new career at Hurwitz Law PLLC where she is our office assistant and helps with proces

Maggie retired her career, left her hometown, and moved to the mountains. She has found a new career at Hurwitz Law PLLC where she is our office assistant and helps with processing files and keeping in contact with our clients. She is also bilingual. Maggie is a mom of 4 kids and 2 fur babies. She is an artist who works with all mediums and specializes in refinishing furniture and creating original works of art. Maggie enjoys spending time with her family and friends. She loves to travel and explore new places. Maggie also enjoys yoga.
