In January of 2012, Joseph received his Juris Doctor degree from The John Marshall Law School in Chicago, IL. He graduated in the top 10 percent of his class earning the honor of graduating Cum Laude, received several other honors and was the only member of his graduating class to receive two certificates, one in Trial Advocacy and the other in Alternative Dispute Resolution.

Molly was born and raised in Winston-Salem, NC. She attended Savannah College of Art & Design in Savannah, GA, majoring in Interior Design with a minor in Historical Preservation. Growing up, Molly spent every Summer in Lake Lure. She along with her Husband, Michael, relocated full time to Lake Lure in 2012. Molly brings a strong backgrou

Growing up, Molly spent every Summer in Lake Lure. She along with her Husband, Michael, relocated full time to Lake Lure in 2012. Molly brings a strong background in administration, customer service and hospitality to Hurwitz Law, PLLC. When Molly is not at work assisting with scheduling, setting up files or drafting/notarizing various legal documents, you can find her spending time with her husband and fur baby, Tucker. She also enjoys cooking and playing mixologist for family and friends, trying new restaurants, hiking, boating or slalom water skiing and of course, craft beer and live music.
